The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, my boyfriend ate the best burger. The food is deliciousThe service was impeccable, with attentive and smiling staff who were able to respond to all our requests with professionalism.I particularly fell in love with their homemade dessert, which was a true work of art.

My partner and I dined at Ottawa's J’TM Resto Bar and had a great experience.The food was outstanding across the board. I enjoyed the shrimp linguine, which was perfectly seasoned with a tasty portion of shrimp. My partner opted for the steak macaroni and cheese, a rich and hearty dish with tender steak and creamy cheese that was absolutely delightful. We also shared the nachos with added Korean BBQ chicken, which offered a fantastic fusion of flavours.The service was attentive and friendly, making our meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend JTM Resto Bar for quality dining experience!

The food was phenomenal, had the dip with the Naan bread to start. The bread was fresh and warm, it was delicious, I could taste notes of sourness and spice in the dip and it paired well with the softness of the bread. The burger had a very solid texture with a very pure beef taste, overall prepared very well. I have been to many restaurants around the world and I'm thoroughly impressed. Our server seemed experienced and was very gracious in serving our table of 12. I had a delightful experience at this restaurant and I will recommend it to all of my friends and family. This restaurant will leave a legacy that many of the restaurants could dream of leaving. Giving their customers a life changing experience. I will be returning to this restaurant as soon as I come across a situation where I need to impress. Thank you for the amazing service, I will be dreaming of those flavors I savored so thoroughly tonight.

Solid place! Really cool atmosphere, lighting and music, it's a great date spot ;)The food is also excellent. Highly recommend the naan and cheese dip starter as others have echoed, and the blackened chicken for those who eat meat The sweet plantains here are also phenomenal! Visited this establishment for the first time on December 20th for dinner and had an amazing time!I wasn’t too hungry so I ordered the jerk and honey chicken wings and a side of plantain. The wings were absolutely devine; I don’t think I’ve ever had wings that good in my life. It was the perfect blend of savoury and sweet and the flavours just melt in your mouth. After I got my wings and let the table try them, the rest of my friends ordered their own! The plate is also a generous portion for 18, so it was definitely worth the price and filled me up! The fried plantain was also delicious but a little too soft for my taste. I personally like them a little more firm, but that’s just me preference and they were still enjoyable. For my drink, I ordered a blue lemon drop (first time ordering one), and it wasn’t my cup of tea but I still finished it.The service was also some of the best service I’ve ever had. Our server, Ugo, who I didn’t know was the manager at the time, was so personable. He was always cracking jokes with our table, super engaged and attentive with us, and patient with our craziness. Ugo explained that the establishment was revamped a bit with the new management, so it was great to see more diversity on their menu and even within the staff!The vibes are also immaculate! The dim lighting adds just the right amount of intimacy and I’d definitely come back for a dinner date! We left before it turned into a little club after hours so we didn’t get to see what it looked like then, but I definitely want to come back again in the future!

I made our reservation at J’TM without looking at the menu or anything and just wow! We are blown away. The food, drinks, atmosphere and service was 5 star. We ordered the Shrimp Ceviche, Steak and Shrimp and Lamb Chops, all phenomenal. Best lamb chops I’ve ever had! It’s such a moody, aesthetic, cute date spot or girls night out spot. Try it if you have the chance!

Came here for Happy Hour with some colleagues and we had a great time. I had the Chicken Burger with a salad. I asked for the dressing on the side and it came just as requested. The chicken was perfectly grilled. A bit crispy around the edges and tender and moist on the inside. I loved the spicy kick the sliced jalapenos provided. I got the Just a Girl cocktail and loved that too. We were served by the Manager, the ever so charming Tito because they were short-staffed that night. He was fantastic. We were there on a Wednesday and pretty much everyone else in the restaurant was having the all you can eat wings, lol. The wings looked delicious. Maybe we need to check that out sometime, haha. I definitely recommend J'TM Resto Bar.
